FC-RUSTOCLEAR is a high-performance, single-component, water-based rust converter specially formulated for treating rusted steel reinforcements in concrete repair applications. It reacts with existing rust to form a tough, stable iron phosphate layer, preventing further corrosion and improving adhesion with subsequent reinforcement protection primers.
