FC-AQUACOAT 480 is a Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) polymer emulsion specifically designed to improve the mechanical properties of site-batched cementitious mixes. It enhances bond strength, flexural and tensile properties, reduces permeability, and improves durability in concrete repairs and overlays. Suitable for a wide range of retrofitting, patching, and waterproofing applications.

Usage & Coverage:
- For Patching Mortar: Mix 1.5 parts FC-AQUACOAT 480 with 15 parts cement and sand to prepare site-batched mortar.
- For Screeds & Toppings: Use 8–20% by weight of cementitious material depending on performance requirements.
- For Bonding Slurry: Mix 1.5–2 parts cement to 1 part polymer by weight.
