Crack briding Elastomeric protective waterproof coating for all type of building.
A flexible, UV-resistant, breathable, and washable waterproof coating with excellent crack-bridging and tensile properties. Designed for new and existing surfaces without removing sound substrates.

Usage & Coverage:
- Stir well before use
- Prime with FC-ELASTOKOT primer
- Apply 2–3 coats using spray, roller, or brush
- Coverage: 3–4 m²/kg at 300μ DFT in 2 coats (varies with surface texture)
